To add files you can either click on Add Files to find individual files or Add Folder to load all compatible file types found within one folder and all the selected files will be shown in a list below with their corresponding file type icons. Click the START CONVERSION button to begin the process. In the Status field's column,illustrate your progress as each document goes through its individual processing stage. To find the converted PDF files you can browse to the Output Folder location that you have selected for the storage of your converted files. Each processed file will have an identical name as the original file with a .pdf file extension,which you can use these returned files for future tasks,including archiving sharing or additional processing.
Common Settings:Configure output type,multipage handling,PDF quality and page size. Choose between combining all pages into one PDF and creating one page per file.
Output Settings:Set filename patterns,overwrite options and subfolder creation preferences.
Advanced Settings:Adjust timeout,memory limits,image quality from 50-100%,and enable auto-rotate images based on EXIF data.
Output File Options:Control page orientation,compression levels,and margin settings as None,Small,Normal,and Large.
Save List:Save your current file list to a .flist file for later use which is useful when you need to convert the same set of files multiple times.
Load List:Load a previously saved file list to quickly add multiple files without selecting them again.
Clear List:Remove all files from the list to start fresh with a new batch of files.
To activate the full feature version of this utility,select the option "License" then "Activate License" from the menu.
